I bought one through Hammacher Schlemmer (who offers a lifetime guarantee) and have to say: what a great device.   Turn it on and let it run! Walks away from stairs and cleans fairly well. The dogs ignore it (which is a miracle if you know Muffy) and it hits those areas that you never even think about during cleaning.   If only it did stairs...
